Can I pause my subscription?

Yes. You can pause your subscription at any time before your next billing date. Your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

What counts as one active request?

One brief, one design in progress. When the task is fully approved, the next task in your queue starts automatically — the same business day.

How many hours of work per month?

We don't work based on a set amount of hours per month. The number of hours we work per month depends on the plan you choose and the number of projects you submit. Your response time with feedback and revisions also plays a part.

How long is the turnaround time for each design project?

Turnaround times depend on the complexity of the task and the amount of assets required. Most standard design requests are delivered within 24–48 hours, while larger or more complex projects may require additional time.

For our Full-Time Designer plan, your designer works in real time with no queued turnaround delays, delivering work continuously as tasks are completed.

How does the Full-Time Designer plan work?

Instead of a task queue, you have a designer available for 7 hours every business day. No limits on what you brief — they work through your priorities continuously, like a full-time team member.

How do I submit requests?

Through our project management platform. Drop a brief, attach references, or record a Loom. We take it from there.

Can I manage multiple brands under one subscription?

Yes. All plans support unlimited brands. Our project platform keeps briefs, files, and feedback separate across different brands.

Do you write the copy or content too?

No. Across every service — social posts, ads, decks, web pages, documents — copy and content are always supplied by you. This isn't a limitation, it's how we deliver fast. You know your business, your tone, and your message better than any agency ever will. We focus on making it look incredible.

Do I own the rights to all my designs?

You will own all rights and licenses to all designs created by us. If we use stock photos, you will also be granted a license for that photo. However, the materials you provide to us are assumed to be licensed and owned by you. If you provide us with unlicensed materials to use, then we are not held liable for the rights of the final design.

Are there any additional costs?

Everything is included in your monthly rate — revisions, stock imagery, source files, and file preparation.

Brand identity projects and full website builds are scoped and quoted separately. We'll always be upfront about that before starting.

What if I need something urgently?

We're an Australian team working Australian hours. Contact us directly — we'll always communicate clearly about timelines and prioritise accordingly.

Am I able to cancel at any time?
